How GotSOL.app works

GotSOL.app is USDC payment software on Solana for a person and the agents they authorize. It is compatible with Solana Pay and x402. It is not a bank, and it does not hold the USDC.

  1. Sign up with email, or have an agent open a wallet through the API. The response includes an API key once.
  2. Privy holds the wallet keys. USDC stays in the Solana wallet. A person can export the key from the wallet page. An agent never receives the private key.
  3. Create a payment link for a USDC amount. The payer can scan a Solana Pay QR or open the link.
  4. An agent can pay the same link with x402. The link returns HTTP 402 until the exact USDC payment is settled.
  5. Incoming transfers are 0%. Outgoing USDC transfers are 0.25% through December 31, 2027. On a GotSOL.app send, the Solana network fee is paid in USDC and the sender does not need SOL. The wallet that signs an x402 payment pays the Solana network fee in SOL.
